The solid galvanized steel plate is a closed surface with a flat surface and has undergone galvanized anti-corrosion treatment. The overall load-bearing performance of the board is stable, and the surface can receive dripping water and fertilizer without any water or fertilizer leakage. The board surface is easy to clean, and impurities and residual soil can be directly wiped and cleaned during flushing, which is not easy to leave seedling substrate stuck.
This type of laminated board is suitable for indoor use in germination promotion environments with high humidity. The breathability of the board surface is weak, and the air circulation rate is limited. In a long-term high humidity environment, if the water on the board surface cannot be cleaned in time, the local humidity above the board will be high, and it needs to be used in conjunction with the site ventilation system.
The surface of punched galvanized sheet is uniformly distributed with circular or rectangular openings, and the sheet surface retains the complete sheet frame. The middle area is provided with permeable and breathable holes. Balancing the rigidity and transparency of the board, its load-bearing capacity is superior to that of grid boards. The holes can be used to discharge water droplets, and air can circulate above and below the board, alleviating local high humidity environments. The residual soil can fall down along the hole for easy maintenance and cleaning.
Punching plates are commonly used in greenhouse seedling cultivation and refining stages. The bottom of the seedling tray can be breathable and moisture dispersing, reducing the situation of water accumulation and root blockage at the bottom of the tray; It is also suitable for turnover in flower nurseries, balancing load-bearing capacity and ventilation requirements. The size of the opening can affect the falling of debris, and a large aperture can easily cause the edges and corners of the seedling tray to get stuck in the hole. When selecting, it is necessary to match the size of the seedling tray.
The metal grid plate is welded with metal flat iron to form a grid structure, with a high proportion of overall hollowing out and good transparency. Water vapor and air can freely circulate, which is conducive to heat dissipation and moisture dissipation at the bottom of the seedling tray and reduces mold growth. The weight is relatively light, and the total weight of the vehicle is controlled, making it convenient for manual movement.
Grid boards are suitable for seedling refining areas and green plant maintenance sites that require high ventilation conditions. But the gaps in the grid are prone to scattering matrix particles and soil residues, and debris may fall to the lower layer or ground, requiring regular cleaning on a daily basis. The overall rigidity of the grid structure is limited. Under the same material thickness, the upper limit of load-bearing capacity is lower than that of solid plates and punched plates. When placing heavy loads, it is necessary to control the single-layer layer load to avoid deformation of the plate surface.
In actual selection, in addition to the working environment, it is also necessary to make a comprehensive judgment based on the loading materials, working environment humidity, and cleaning and maintenance conditions. The same seedling cart can also be equipped with multiple types of plywood according to different processes. The laminated boards are all treated with galvanized anti-corrosion, suitable for humid indoor environments, and reduce corrosion problems. When customizing production, the size of the laminated board, the thickness of the board, the punching hole diameter, and the mesh specifications can all be adjusted according to the on-site usage conditions.
