It is an assembled perforated C-shaped steel profile suitable for various overseas engineering projects such as greenhouse construction, seedling facility frames, equipment brackets, and storage structures. The product is processed according to export standards and supports customization of multiple specifications and parameters. It can be packaged and delivered in sea freight wooden boxes.
The profiles are made of galvanized or zinc aluminum magnesium substrates, formed by cold bending, with a surface metal coating to enhance corrosion resistance. They are suitable for different climate conditions overseas and can cope with external environments such as humidity and coastal salt spray. Standard rectangular adjustment holes are opened on the surface of the profile, with uniform hole spacing, making it easy for bolts and buckles to be inserted and assembled on site without the need for on-site hole cutting, reducing the processing steps on the construction site and adapting to the manual operation habits of overseas construction sites. The entire set of components includes C-shaped main profiles, matching connectors, and adapter accessories, all of which are cut, punched, and chamfered in the factory.
Foreign trade orders can be produced based on customer provided drawings, samples, or parameter tables. The width, height, wall thickness, finished product length, and hole spacing of the profile can be adjusted as needed. The type of coating and surface treatment method can be selected according to the environment of the project location and adapted to different regional usage conditions. The packaging is made of solid wood fumigation wooden boxes, which meet the requirements of sea export quarantine. The profiles are neatly stacked in the box, and the interior is cushioned and protected to reduce the risk of collision and deformation during ocean transportation. The outside of the box can be printed with shipping marks, customer identification, packing lists and other information, which complies with overseas freight clearance regulations.
The assembly adopts the fast installation and plug-in assembly mode, which does not require welding operations on site. It relies on bolts and matching connectors to complete the splicing and construction, reducing the need for on-site hot work and minimizing reliance on special construction tools. The components can be disassembled and split, and the empty frame can be stacked and packaged to compress the container loading volume, increase the loading quantity inside the container, and control cross-border logistics costs. This profile can be used to build greenhouse seedbed frames, seedling cart frames, greenhouse ancillary support structures, as well as for light equipment racks, storage brackets, and other scenarios, and can be used in conjunction with horticultural equipment such as seedbeds and seedling carts.
The product will provide corresponding packing lists, material certificates, and other supporting documents upon leaving the factory to facilitate customers in completing import customs clearance. Can coordinate with customer project schedules to arrange production cycles, support full container shipment and LCL shipment, and adapt to the needs of customers with different procurement volumes.
