Nursery bed
Nursery beds are basic cultivation supporting facilities in greenhouses, seedling factories, and flower planting parks. They are often used for the cultivation of vegetable and flower seedlings, as well as for potted plant maintenance, sprout vegetable production, edible mushroom placement, and other work scenarios, providing a regular cultivation and placement carrier for seedling cultivation.
The main frame of the nursery bed is made of steel and often treated with hot-dip galvanizing technology, which can adapt to the high humidity, water and fertilizer mist environment inside the greenhouse, slow down corrosion, and extend the service life of the equipment. The overall structure is easy to assemble, and the bed frame is composed of a base bracket, crossbeam, and frame combination. The bed surface can be equipped with various types such as galvanized mesh, punched plate, solid flat plate, etc. The gaps between the mesh bed surface are transparent, and the air and water vapor flow smoothly, which is conducive to bottom moisture dissipation, reducing water accumulation at the roots of seedlings, and reducing the occurrence of diseases; Punched sheet metal exhibits stable load-bearing performance while also considering breathability; Solid flat plates are suitable for placing seedling trays and can receive drip water and fertilizer, adapting to different cultivation modes.
The height of the seedbed can be adjusted according to the needs of on-site operations, suitable for personnel to stand and operate, reducing the workload caused by bending and working. Common specifications include fixed seedling beds and mobile seedling beds. The fixed seedling bed has a simple structure and remains in the same position after installation, making it suitable for use in small greenhouse plots. The mobile seedbed is equipped with a rolling sliding structure, which can be horizontally moved on the track, adjust the position of the aisle between seedbeds, flexibly change the passage, and improve the actual usage area of the greenhouse's internal site.
The bed has a stable load-bearing capacity and can accommodate a large number of seedling trays and cultivation pots, meeting the requirements for batch seedling cultivation operations. The edges of the seedbed should be wrapped to reduce sharp corners and minimize damage to the seedling tray and operators caused by collisions. All equipment assembly uses standard connectors. In case of component damage in the later stage, the parts can be replaced separately without the need for overall disassembly.
In the actual production process, the seeded seedling trays are neatly placed on the surface of the seedling bed to facilitate unified management and maintenance work such as watering, fertilization, ventilation, and light control. The mobile seedbed can be moved as needed, leaving a centralized work channel for easy watering, transplanting, seedling harvesting and other processes. The equipment can be adjusted in size according to the length and width of the greenhouse, as well as the layout of the channels inside the greenhouse. The bed material and height can be customized and processed according to the on-site working conditions, and are suitable for various types of greenhouses such as connected greenhouses, sunroofs, and arch sheds. It has been widely used in various seedling cultivation projects.
Anti corrosion treatment process for metal frame of greenhouse float
Greenhouse floats are exposed to high humidity environments in greenhouses for a long time, and will continue to come into contact with condensed water vapor, water and fertilizer mist, and soil salts. The anti-corrosion treatment of the metal frame direc
